No. Registrations are reviewed and shortlisted candidates receive a confirmation email with the venue and event details. A confirmed place is personal and non-transferable.

Is this a job fair or an interview?

Neither. Companies present their culture and requirements, and any hiring happens afterwards through each company's own career pages.

Do I need to submit a CV?

Not at registration. Your registration details are enough for the review stage. Once registered you can optionally add a CV to your profile.

Where will the event take place?

In Bengaluru, in person, on the evening of 16 November 2026. The venue address is shared with shortlisted candidates in their confirmation email.

How will my data be used?

Your details are used for this event and are accessible to Business Sweden, the Swedish Institute and the Embassy of Sweden. Nothing is added to any wider talent pool unless you tick that option yourself.
